Community Spay Days – October 12, 14, and 16
The ASPCA and Subaru are sponsoring three free spay/neuter days for Jersey City outdoor cats! If you're caring for an outdoor cat in Jersey City or know someone who is, now is the time to take action to stop the breeding cycle and help us get ahead of next year's mating season.
Each cat you spay or neuter prevents at least one litter of kittens from ending up in a shelter or rescue situation. Just imagine: up to 6 fewer kittens to house, care, and find homes for--with just one intervention involving one cat! Spay/neuter is profoundly more impactful than any other action you can take to help local cats.
