We celebrated 25 Adoptions this past weekend!

Fee-waived success! Long-time Cattery resident Sandshrew was one of 20 felines to find her match this weekend: after 553 days in our care. We all got a little misty when our tiny shrew left the building!

We also saw Cerulean finally find a home to call her own after 243 days in the Kennel. We knew it would take a special adopter to give her the second chance she needed and deserved -- and it finally happened during our first Adoption Promotion of the year!

No-Fee adoption promotions are an important way to help all our animals find loving human partners, especially as more and more animals begin to enter our care during spring and summer. LHS is able to give our shelter pets the time they need and offer these promotions because of the support and generosity of people like you. So, thank you!
