Most LHS services are initiated via an online form or email and are then followed by a phone call from a staff member. This staff member will provide additional information about LHS services and assist you in making an appointment.

If you are unable to communicate through verbal speech, please include that in your online form submission and we will make a plan.

All of LHS’s services are by appointment. Some appointments are virtual and use Zoom. Other appointments are on-site, and most do not require you to exit your vehicle. Once you are on-site, movement of animals or donations can be facilitated by a staff member; please communicate your physical needs when you make your appointment.
