Feather on her way and post-surgery in a loving LHS foster home

Feather was found with multiple cuts and a badly fractured hind leg after her owner was arrested. Animal Control officers immediately took her for emergency treatment and her leg was placed in a cast. But in order for her to have a chance at a better life, Feather needed surgery to re-set her femur.
