Sapris’ Surgical Fund
Look at Sapris’ cute little face! It’s squishable, pinchable and its shape is why he struggles to breathe. Sapris snorts and grunts and moves with difficulty because of this. Dogs like Sapris are increasingly bred for their “cute” characteristics, ignoring their health or quality of life.
In Sapris’ case, he needs surgery to survive. Without it, he could suffocate or develop organ problems.
These issues are most likely why he ended up at LHS, and we’re committed to his care. Sapris’surgery will cost close to $4,000 and require an overnight hospital stay, along with special precautions. Would you help by making a gift to support his recovery?
As a small facility with limited resources, being able to provide these intensive medical procedures is a privilege. We are so grateful for your continued compassion and care for local pets in need. Sapris snorts his gratitude! And hopefully, soon, he will be able to breathe freely.
